This cow -and more of a dozen of mammals in the same area- ate plastic bags and large ropes from a garbage stack. Cows and other mammals cannot digest plastic bags or fiber ropes chemically-treated for a better resistance to natural elements; consequently, this kind of garbage obstructs the intestines of the animals, producing in them a mortal peritonitis. Once an animal ate this kind of garbage, there is no way to save it. Generally, the animals that have been affected are sacrificed by their owners.
